We ship worldwide! Shipping costs and options may vary depending on your location. For some countries, free standard shipping or express shipping is available. Please note that free shipping may not be available for all destinations.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery may take longer during public holidays. Shipments are delivered during office hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package and see the estimated delivery date.

All transactions are fully secure.
Some of our RULES belts and flat lays may be available for pre-order, allowing you to reserve our most popular styles. Pre-order items are not immediately available.
The estimated delivery time is displayed on the product page. If the item becomes available sooner, we will ship it immediately. Please note that payment is collected at the time of order.
We hope you love your RULES products! If you’d like to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of delivery.
To return an item, simply email us at rulescollection@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Packaged with all original labels and accessories
A flat shipping fee of 15 EUR applies to returns.
For international orders outside the EU, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply once your package reaches your country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier.
Yes! Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can request an exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges are not available for discounted items.
