To initiate a return, please provide:

• Your order number
• The items you wish to return

We will provide all the necessary instructions to complete your return and, if applicable, a return label with any discounted shipping rates.

Note: Returns sent without prior email notification will not be accepted.

Returned items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• With all labels, original packaging, and accessories received
• Free from signs of wear, scratches, or alterations (not washed, ironed, or modified)

For belts or other accessories, please try them carefully to avoid any damage or alteration. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that do not meet these conditions.
All returns will be inspected before refund approval.

Return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes will be deducted from your refund.
Customers are responsible for their packages during shipment; the risk of loss, theft, or damage is at the customer’s expense.

Shipping address changes are not allowed after the order has been shipped. In case of a return due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the outcome.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
